Pay-Per-View Questions
Why can't I view the movies on the site?
There can be a variety of reasons you may not be able to view the movies. Here are things that you can try to correct the problem:
- Windows Media Player:
You should make sure that you have the latest version of Windows Media Player available for your Operating System.- Windows XP, VISTA and WINDOWS 7
If you do not have the latest version of Windows Media Player you will have to upgrade your Media Player. CLICK HERE to download the latest version of Windows Media Player for Windows XP, VISTA and WINDOWS 7.
In WINDOWS VISTA and WINDOWS 7 you cannot download the latest version of Windows Media Player. Please go to step 7 - Adjustments To Windows Media Player Settings
- Windows XP, VISTA and WINDOWS 7
- Player Preference
The movies will automatically open in the classic player. If the movies do not play we suggest that you change your Player Preference. Click MY ACCOUNT. On the Personal Preferences page go to Player Preference and change the option to WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER and click Update Preference. This change will open the movies directly in Windows Media Player. -
If changing to WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER does not work, change your Player Preference to Silverlight and click Update Preference. Go to a movie and click the PLAY link. This will now open the player window for you and a SILVERLIGHT logo box displayed inside the player. Click on "Install Microsoft SilverLight". The "INSTALL SILVERLIGHT" page will open. MAXIMIZE the page. Click the "CLICK TO INSTALL" button. You will get a FILE DOWNLOAD - SECURITY WARNING dialog box. Click RUN and SilverLight will download. On the second SECURITY WARNING dialog box click RUN. On the "INSTALL SILVERLIGHT" popup click the "INSTALL NOW" button. SilverLight will be installed. Click "CLOSE" on the popup when the installation is successful. Close the "INSTALL SILVERLIGHT" page.
Go back to the site and click the PLAY link for the movie and the movie will play using SilverLight.
- ULTRA Streaming Movies
Many movies on our site are now available in ULTRA streams - formerly 1MB streams. If you view an ULTRA stream and you experience choppy streaming or repetitive buffering or other issues your Internet connection speed is not fast enough or your computer may not be fast or powerful enough to handle ULTRA streams. You will need to stream the movies using the HIGH SPEED play link. - Adjustments To Windows Media Player Settings WINDOWS PC USERS ONLY:
